INTRODUCTION

Over the years, we have constantly strived for improvements to make our machines “Qianxiang” to operate and user friendly. In the control function, we have employed single chip micro processor technology. A basic pattern (of operation) is stored in memory with an option for the user to program any operation pattern desired.

We have introduced a new design of printing head lifter. By using a built-in lift bar, the whole printing head assembly can be lifted up for more efficient and convenient change of ink, steel plate and other accessories.

The ink tray holders are independently adjustable with X, Y and adjustments. The printing ink can also be fully utilized through our 3 different ink tray designs,

Pad printing can be used on uneven surface like toys, electronics parts, etc.
